These coffees are unique from one another in flavor profile, but they’re alike in that they are only made possible through the hard work of truly delightful people in Honduras, Ethiopia, and Brazil, respectively. Join us in celebrating these wonderful producers, processors, and importers!

Adelmo "Al" Lopez is a 4th generation coffee producer and the owner of Finca Terrerito. As a multi-generational coffee producer, Al and the team at Finca T have their roots in their community in Copan, Honduras. All of their hard work and passion come together in the final product -- incredible coffee.
This coffee is clean, rich, and smooth. We're tasting a heavy portion of chocolate in this coffee with a slight nuttiness in the profile, as well. This coffee is delicious on it's own, but can certainly stand up to cream and sugar. Join us in supporting the hard and purposeful work of Al and team at Finca T!

We are truly honored to offer this, our second Ethiopian coffee from Catalyst Trade, to you all. This coffee, in particular, comes to us from the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Washed coffees from Sidama are highlighted by sweet, citric acidity and delicate floral notes. This coffee is truly delightful with hints of melon paired with a delicate florality and a sweet acidity; its complexity is so alluring that it almost beckons a second and third cup.
We rest easy knowing that the people of Catalyst Trade are directing a majority of their profits back into the hands of the native Ethiopians that make these incredible coffees a possibility and a reality. We’re certain this coffee won’t disappoint.

Fazenda Serrinha is a 140 hectare, or 345 acre, coffee farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, which is home to José Maria De Oliveira and his family. Jose’s story is one of redemption, having lost his family farm when he was a young boy to purchasing his own land and developing several coffee farmlands in his hometown. He and his family developed their own exporting business and green coffee company, Our Coffees, in 2015, allowing their family a vertically integrated business model.
This is actually our second coffee from Our Coffees, and, in our opinion, is one of the best Brazilian coffees we’ve had! Drinking this coffee, we’re reminded of why we partnered with José and Our Coffees in the first place. We’ve been tasting notes of rich, peanut butter, which pair harmoniously with an almost brownie batter quality in this coffee. This is one of those coffees that is incredibly smooth while still being delightfully complex.
