Our Holiday Blend is crafted around a rich chocolatey foundation, sourced this year from Adelmo Lopez's washed lot. To enhance the profile, we infuse a distinct burst of acidity and red fruit by incorporating natural process coffees. This year, Adelmo's natural lot and our newly introduced Finca San Rafael lot from Don Gerson, in Guatemala, contribute to this delightful medley. Our goal is inclusivity; we aspire to cater to every palate in this blend.From the "I just need coffee" family member to the ardent coffee aficionado who travels with their coffee gear, everyone will appreciate this harmoniously balanced yet complex blend. As we gather with loved ones, let us express gratitude for each other and relish each other's company & good conversation over a delicious cup of coffee.

It is our honor, each year, to find a local organization doing amazing work within our greater Birmingham community. For the 2023 Holiday Season we are thrilled to be raising money, with the purchase of each Holiday Blend, for Holcomb Ministries. Through their own experience of spending 160 days alongside their newborn child in the NICU, Paul & Catherine Barber founded Holcomb Ministries to "provide intentional support to families facing the emotional, financial, and logistical challenges of a NICU stay".
