Dark roasted coffee is back in style! This bundle is for those who appreciate the roast flavor traditionally described as "bold" or "robust." All three of these coffees are taken to second crack, which is the audible sound of the oil inside the coffee being released from pressure buildup. This in turn creates a thin layer of oil on the outside of the coffee seed which yields taste notes of baker's chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and a smoky finish.
